Avianca (IATA: AV) is a Colombia flag carrier based at Bogota that was
founded in 1919 and is ranked second old airline company currently flying in
the world. It is based at Bogot and has its flights across over 74 destinations in
the Americas and Europe with a fleet of aircrafts in Boeing 787 Dreamliner
and Airbus A320 and others. Avianca is the member of Star Alliance that
offers Economy, Business, and Premium cabins as well as the LifeMiles
reward program.
Online Booking Process:
- Launch Avianca mobile app or visit the Avianca.com.
- After putting the details of your travel i.e. Specify the dates, the number of passengers, the cabin class, and the cities of departure and arrival, and then press Search.
- Check the flights at hand, including round-trip ones, single, and multi-city flights. In case of the requirement, choose the tab on Multi-City.

- To speak with a representative, contact Avianca call center by, for example, dialling +1-844-382-2225 (24/7 support) in the United States and following the IVR.
- Book your flight schedule, the mode of payment, the passengers, the dates, the names of the city of departure, arrival as well as the cabin.
- In the call, you can request the agent to take your financial data and schedule your travel.
- At the moment when you prefer to reserve on true, you can visit an Avianca office nearby or a counter at one of the closest airports; offices are opened at international airports worldwide.

Premium economy
The airline's Business Class is a good option for those who want to go up from
Economy.
Class Business
If there are still seats left in Business Class, passengers who have reserved
Economy Class can upgrade at the last minute at the airport or using

First-class
There isn't a First Class cabin on the airline. The airline's top cabin class is
called Business Class.
