The size of the whole luggage carried together with the handle and the wheels is not to be greater than 40 cm width, 20 cm height as well as 55 cm depth. Economy class members can also carry along with them one additional personal item e.g. a laptop, briefcase or handbag but the total weight must not warrant a value (weight) of more than 12,000.
The combined width, height, and depth of all checked luggage cannot exceed 158 cm/62 in. There will be fees for overweight and excess baggage. Depending on the membership level, SKYPASS members will be eligible for an additional baggage allowance.

48hours prior to the actual flight, online check will be opened up and close 40 minutes later to the actual flight.
In case of international flights, the online check-in process can be found 48 hours before the departure and shuts down an hour ahead of time. The online check-in takes place 24 hours a day and closes an hour before the departure of the flights arriving to and leaving the USA and Canada.
Check-in at the airport is closed twenty minutes prior to the planned departure time for flights within the country.
The check-in for international flights closes forty minutes before the scheduled time of departure. 60 minutes at African, Middle East, European, and North American airports.
It is often necessary to refer to the advice of the airport since the time of closing can be different according to their regulations.
