Refunds, cancellations, and rebirth procedures

Please use our website and mobile number to get in touch with us directly if you wish to cancel your flight reservation. Tickets that are simply indicated as returns are eligible for refunds. Unworthy tickets cannot be subject to correspondence. However, it is important to note that the booking fee of flights made with low-cost carriers (LCCs) cannot be refunded.

Additional costs and rebooking fees

In case you rebook your travel, there will be an airline change fee that will amount to USD 100 to USD 300. Thirdly, you will be charged a fee of any difference in fare between your initial and final reservation.

Termination of compliance

Refunds will not be given for payments made in the form of credit or for reservations that are canceled because they violate our compliance requirements. Before making a reservation, we strongly advise you to read our terms and acceptable use policy. Any tickets that are abused or misused by our compliance team may be canceled by Travels.

Refunds

If you file a chargeback, your ticket will be immediately canceled and the payment will be reversed. You must get in touch with us and make a new purchase in order to resolve a chargeback and get your reservation back.
