Based in Edmonton, Flair Airlines is a Canadian ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC)
that flies Boeing 737-800 and 737-MAX aircraft to more than 34 locations in
Canada, the United States, and a few sunny locations. Passengers can add
seats, bags, and food à la carte with its basic fares. Flair Pass is
advantageous for frequent travelers, as the airline has Canada's highest flight
completion rate (98%) and excellent on-time performance.
Online Booking Process:
- Visit flyflair.com.
- Select one-way disclosure or rounded-trip, type names of departure and arrival cities, dates and the number of people and hit Search.
- Consider the offered options of direct flights and choose the one which suits you.
- Look at the fare and choose the add-ons: baggage, seat preference, or priority boarding.
- Enter the information of the passenger, ensure that the information entered is exactly the same as in his or her ID and proceed to pay (Visa or MasterCard is ideal).
- Check email regarding the e-ticket and confirmation.
- To check in online 24 hours before to departure, use "My Trip."
Offline Booking Process:
- Contact customer service from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. MST at +1-844-382-2225 Hit key 1 to book a new reservation on IVR then hit key 0 to speak to an agent.
- Give the dates, the passenger's information, the names of the cities of departure and arrival, and any extra facilities. Verify the entire rate, which includes the $25 phone booking fee.
- During the call, make a credit or debit card payment.
- To make a reservation in person, go to a Flair ticket office or an approved travel agent and finish the process in person.
- Check your reservation by SMS or email.
- You can use the online option of checking-in or amending later through the Manage My Booking facility.
Manage Booking Process:
- Go to "My Trips" on Volaris.com or the mobile app by entering your last name and reservation code.
- See information on the view reservation such as add-ons, passenger names, and the date of flights.
- Up to 4 hours before departure, make changes to the itinerary (date, time and route); any change fee and ticket mismatch is at your expense.
- Add extras such as priority boarding, baggage and seats using combinations or single purchases.
- Make minor updates to the traveler's data (fines may apply).
- Within 24 hours of making a reservation, or in accordance with the tariff restrictions, cancel using "My Trips."
- Check in online and generate a boarding pass via the mobile application or website.

Class Economy:
At the moment, Flair Airlines exclusively provides economy seats. In addition
to the normal seat-only fare, there are two different kinds of bundles: the Basic
Bundle and the Big Bundle.
Premium economy:
There isn't a premium economy class on board at the moment. Get the
aforementioned bundle for more amenities and perks.
Class Business:
There isn't business class available right now.
First-class:
There isn't First Class available right now.
Wi-Fi & Entertainment in-flight:
This Flair airline prioritizes keeping flying costs low with its no-frills strategy;
therefore it does not yet offer any in-flight entertainment on its flights.
