Lufthansa Online Booking Process:
- Visit the Lufthansa web-site.
- Provide departure and destination cities, travel dates, number of passengers and the cabin type on the booking sheet.
- To see the alternatives, click "Search Flights." Select a fare of your choice like Business, Premium Economy, Classic or Economy Light.
- Check your flight schedules, replenishments and fare; at the time of making a booking, choose additional services (such as meals, baggage, special assistance and seats etc.).
- Now input the data about the passenger (names, and other documents when going abroad), and complete the payment.
- Receive an email including your PNR and booking confirmation. You can use "My Bookings" to manage your trip at any moment.
Lufthansa Offline Booking Process:
- Lufthansa reservations center can be called in order to speak to an
agent. Select the fare, the seat, and any additional trips and use a credit
card or debit card after providing information about origin, destination,
the time you want to travel and about the passengers.
- Visit a Lufthansa-owned airport counter or ticket office. Entrust your
travel, and choose your flight and additional services, pay and receive
itinerary by mails or hard copy.
- Moreover, some airports give you an opportunity to use Lufthansa self-
service kiosk with which you can fill your information, choose a flight,
pay, and print your boarding ticket.
Lufthansa Manage Booking Process:
1. Online "Manage Booking:
- Go to My Bookings (or Manage Booking) at Lufthansa.com, insert the
booking code (PNR) and last name to check information about your
travel.
- You can book baggage, special order meals, rebook/change itineraries,
select/change seats, make personal details changes (passport, visa,
Known Traveler Number), purchase travel upgrades, insurances, Rail &
Fly, motels and rent-a car.
2. Mobile app:
To make a booking to that effect, log on using your Lufthansa
ID or enter PNR and name.
3. Offline:
Get help by calling customer care or going to an airport ticket
counter.
Check-in is available through the "Manage Booking" app or opens 23 hours
prior to departure.
Cabins Classes
Passengers on Lufthansa have the option of flying in First Class, Business,
Premium Economy, or Economy.
