Philippine Airlines (PAL), is the flagship carrier of Philippines also the oldest
air organization of the Asian continent, which has been running since 1941. It

Philippines Online Booking Process:
- Access the mobile Philippine Airlines app or visit PhilippineAirlines.com.
- Once the type of trip (one-way, multi-city, or two-way), the departure point, the destination, the date, the number of passengers and cabin has been filled, then click Search Flights.
- Choose the flight and the price you wish, add luggage, through your seat, and in advance purchase meals.
- Fill in the name of the passenger, date of birth, contact details and frequent flyer number.
- Create a payment via the PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank internet account via the One PAY gateway.
- You will receive an email with your booking code and e-ticket as soon as your payment is processed; keep them for access to check-in.
Philippines Offline Booking Process
- Make a reservation by calling the PAL Reservations hotline at Metro Manila +1-844-382-2225 or toll-free at +1-844-382-2225 (USA/Canada).
- Obtain a code of reference. Take note of the agent's eight-digit code.
- Go to a ticket office or payment center, such as the NAIA terminals in Makati, Cubao, etc.
- Pay with cash: Only cash is accepted at payment centres; settle the fare the same day (by 10 PM for hotline reservations).
- Get your e-ticket: PAL will email you your e-ticket and receipt within 48 hours.
- Online check-in is available from 24 to 1 hour before to departure.
Philippines Manage Booking Process:
- Go to the PAL website, select Manage Booking, and then provide your PNR and last name to log in.
- View or rebook flights: Except for group reservations, you can change the dates of both domestic and international flights.
- Change services by choosing a different seat, adding luggage, or purchasing "Flavors" and other travel aids.
- Refresh your contact information; phone number, email address or Mabuhay Miles number.
- Paying options: Pay with PayPal, GCash, GrabPay, Alipay, credit/debit and other online payment tools to cover the add-ons.
- Flight disruptions: Use the "Flight Disruption" page or give the hotline a call to adjust the schedule.
Class Prices
The airline provides the two- (Business Class and Economy Class) or three-
class (Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy) price alternatives
as the airline operates depending on the aircraft operated. All of these cabins

Economy Class
Fiesta is the name of PAL's economy class.

Premium Economy Class
2019 saw the introduction of Premium Economy. An improvement above
Economy, Premium Economy provides more facilities and services.
A limited number of local and international flights will offer the new Premium
Economy product.
Class Business
PAL Business Class is called Mabuhay.
